Together with our long-term partner – Havantec Company – we managed to produce and deliver two units of one of our biggest models – MIX-6000V! Each machine has been customized since the customer’s Bakery specializes in producing traditional bread – its recipe is a secret passed down in the family from generations! As we always put the customer’s needs on top of our priorities, we equipped our vacuum paddles with additional features such as temperature sensors, weighing systems and automatic water dispensers – all of that to facilitate the process as much as possible. But, in this case, not only production has been a challenge for us – delivering and placing them in the customer’s Bakery was quite a breathtaking event.
