The Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing information about you on our website, and in particular points out the issues relating to handling of the so-called "cookies".

  1. General Information.
    1. The operator of the website is:
      N&N Nadratowski Sp.j. with registered office in Bielsk, ul. Akacjowa 3, 09-230 Bielsk.
    2. The website gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
      1. Through information entered in forms voluntarily.
      2. Through cookie files saved on end devices.
      3. By recording technical logs at web server level.
  2. Information on the forms.
    1. The website collects the information voluntarily provided by the user.
    2. The website can save the information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address)
    3. The website may record information to help link the data in the form to the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such case, the user"s e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
    4. The data provided in the form is not made available to third parties other than with the user"s consent.
    5. The data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Operator of the Website in the register kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
    6. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the service request handling process or for the sales contact.
  3. Information on cookies.
    1. The website uses cookies.
    2. Cookie files are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and intended for using websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
    3. The entity which places cookies on the Website User’s end device and has access to them is the operator of the Website.
    4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
      1. creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use web pages, which may lead to improvement of the structure and content;
      2. maintaining a session of the Website User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
      3. retaining service command information for the command programme;
      4. determining user profile in order to display advertising materials tailored to this profile, in particular Google Network.

Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the User’s end device until he/she logs out, leaves the website, or turns off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until the user deletes them.

  4. Server logs
    1. Information about some user behaviour is subject to logging-in into the server layer. This data is used only to administer the website and provide the most efficient support of provided services.
    2. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. Moreover, the following may also be saved:
      1. request time,
      2. reply sending time,
      3. name of the client station – the identification is carried out by the HTTP protocol,
      4. information about errors that occurred during implementation of the HTTP transaction,
      5. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was entered through a reference,
      6. information about the user"s web browser,
      7. IP address information.
    3. The aforementioned data is not associated with individual persons viewing the pages.
    4. The data is not used only for server administration purposes.
  5. Data sharing.
    1. The data from the contact form is subject to sharing with the entity indicated in the CONTACT section.
    2. Data from the form may be processed for statistical purposes.
    3. The Operator may be required to provide information gathered by the Website to authorised bodies based on legitimate demands arising from the demand.
  6. Managing cookies – how to give and withdraw consent in practice?
    1. If the User does not wish for cookie files to be saved on their device, they may change the browser settings.
